Level 1 Labs respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the LynxPanel software to do the same. This policy explains how to submit copyright complaints and how Level 1 Labs responds.
LynxPanel is software licensed to independent operators who install and run it on their own servers. Level 1 Labs does not host, store, or transmit the media content that those operators configure. If your complaint concerns a specific stream, channel, film, or other media being made available through a particular server, that content is hosted and controlled by the independent operator of that server — not by Level 1 Labs. The most effective route is to contact that operator and their hosting provider directly.
Where a complaint concerns material actually hosted by Level 1 Labs (for example, content on this website), Level 1 Labs will respond as set out below.
If you believe in good faith that material hosted by Level 1 Labs infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact that includes:
Copyright Agent, Level 1 Labs
1780 Iowa St, Unit 2122, Bellingham, WA 98229, USA
Email: [email protected]
Note: Level 1 Labs intends to register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until that registration is reflected here, please use the contact above.
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
Level 1 Labs will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or revoke the software licenses of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
