Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to licenses and fees paid to Level 1 Labs for the LynxPanel software.

1. Nature of the Product

LynxPanel is digital software delivered electronically, including license keys that are validated and activated upon delivery. Because the product is digital and is made available immediately, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Evaluation

Where a trial or evaluation option is offered, you are encouraged to evaluate the Software before purchasing. Purchasing a license indicates you have determined the Software meets your needs.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Defective delivery: If a license key fails to activate due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period after you contact support, you may request a refund of that license fee.
• Duplicate or accidental charges: Clearly duplicated or erroneous charges will be refunded.
• Non-eligibility: Refunds are generally not available once a license has been activated and used, for change of mind, for failure to comply with system requirements, or for suspension/revocation resulting from a breach of our Terms or AUP.

4. Recurring Licenses

Monthly and yearly licenses renew automatically. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.

5. How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under the law applicable to you.
