This Privacy Policy explains how Level 1 Labs ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the LynxPanel software and the lynxpanel.com website. We are committed to handling your information responsibly.

Account & licensing data: name, email, company, license keys, installation identifiers/fingerprints, and the IP address used at activation.
Billing data: information needed to process payments (payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers).
Technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps when you use our website or when a licensed installation validates its license.
Support data: information you provide when you contact us.

We do not collect or have access to the media content, customer lists, or viewing data managed by independent operators on their own servers. Those operators are independent controllers of any personal data they process and are responsible for their own privacy compliance.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, activate, validate, and support the Software.
To process payments and manage licenses and renewals.
To protect the Software against misuse, fraud, and license circumvention.
To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Software from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

The Software is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
